Group Bookings

FLY91 offers Group bookings facilitating the reservation of seats for large groups of passengers traveling together.

General Terms:

  • Group fares are applicable to a minimum of 7 Pax and above, No child fare applicable
  • Infant fare – INR 1500 per infant per sector
  • Group fares are not permitted to be redistributed on any other distribution platforms. Any instances of unauthorized dry selling will result in the full forfeiture of the paid amount.
  • The group quote is valid for 24 hours only.
  • Seats are subject to availability. The system will not hold seats till the PNR is created.
  • Re-routing (Change of sector) is not permitted on group booking.
  • Group PNR will be created within 24 hours post receipt of the payments.

Terms & Conditions – Agatti (AGX)

  1. Deposit: 100% of the total fare quote.
  2. Name List:  to be submitted D-30 days
  3. Name Change: 3991 + Fare difference D-15 / 4991 + Fare Difference within 15 days of departure
  4. Utilization: 100%
  5. Refunds: Not Applicable

Terms & Condition – FLY91 Network except AGX

  1. Deposit: 30% of the total fare quote on acceptance of the Group quote / If the Travel is within 15 days from the group quote acceptance, the 100% payment needs to be done in order to generate the PNR. Balance 70% needs to be done D-15
  2. Name List: D-3 days
  3. Name Change : Permitted upto 2 hours prior to the flight departure time and will incur a change fee of INR 2991 + any difference in fare prevalent at the time of modifying the booking.
  4. Cancellation : 
  • Maximum of 20% of the seats in the booking (which shall not exceed 4 seats) and subject to the overall group size not reducing to below 7 seats is permitted upto 3 days prior to the flight departure at a cancellation fee of INR 2991 per passenger per sector. Any additional seat cancellation will be non-refundable.
  • In case of cancellation of the complete group booking upto 15 days prior to the flight departure date, the entire upfront advance payment will be retained.
  • In case of cancellation of the complete group booking within 15 days of the flight departure date, and/or for No-Shows, only applicable taxes will be refundable
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed to the original source of payment used to make the booking
